Refund and Returns Policy

At PawiseUs, we are committed to delivering quality and satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used pet food containers
  • Products marked as final sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards or downloadable content
  • Custom or personalized products

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at pawiseusofficial@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged items (reported within 7 days of delivery)
  • Incorrect items sent by us

Contact us immediately if you receive a faulty product, and we will arrange a prepaid return label and expedited replacement.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not liable for return shipments lost in transit.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift:

  • A gift card will be issued to the original recipient once the return is received.
  • If the gift giver shipped the item to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times can vary.
